I use Outlook-2000, made a contact but he has 3-email addresses. How do I put multiple email in a single contact? Or do I need to make 3-contacts(for each email address) and then compile 3 of those contacts as a distribution list?

Beside of the email field you have a drop-down.  Using this you can enter up to three email addresses.  As far as how to handle which email address this is sent to I don't really know.  I will check that out and get back to you.
