Could anyone tell me how to rename the
"Recycle Bin" to "E-Toilet"?

Open start | settings | Control panel
Open Tweakui
Click Desktop
Rightclick "Recycle Bin" and choose "Rename" and type the new name.

It works, i just tested it.

Oops! I thought Tweakui was standard in win 2000, but it isn't. Download and install it from http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp

Another way is modifying this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
