Any ideas ?

Thanks

I believe the default configuration of OL2002 places all mail in the restricted zone (Tools | Options | Security).  The other thing that should be checked is IE's restricted zone to see if scripting has been disabled.

FWIW, this is part of MS's new policies that hostile code will not be permitted to run.  I think the want folks to view the mail in IE (look under the edit or view menu when the message is open to see if you can push it to IE).
