Importing reg files without Local Admin Rights.

Is there a way of importing a reg file without giving the user local admin rights?

You might be able to modify the permission on the registry itself to allow the user access to the key you need to modify.

You may but I need to be able to import a reg file regardless.  Any person bring any computer into the office and logging onto the network need's this reg hawke. Any other ideas how to elevate permissions at logon to import this file?
