cbuilder 5 automation with Excel97 questions..

I am trying to access Excel97 and populate a spreadsheet from CBuilder 5.
I successfully used an example from code Central at Borland to create and populate the spreadsheet cells.

What I can't figure out is how to do the following:
1) How can I put a formula in a cell. I would like to populate d1 - d10 and in d11 put a summation of d1 - d10.
2) Can someone point me to an example of how to change the zoom, to say, full screen?
3) I hate asking these questions, but I don't know how else to figure things like this out. Most documentation is for VC++ or VB, and I can't always make the leap to what the CBuilder counter part is. Any helpful comments along solving this would be appreciated.

100 points refunded, but rather than deleting, PAQing at zero points so that kishj is advised of the refund and outcome.  This way, if still needed, can post again to draw current attention.
