How can I install a componant (.dcl) in Delphi 2 ?

I'm not sure you can; if memory serves me correctly, a DCL is the original Delphi Component Library, what Delphi 3 used for packages, now call a BPL (Borland Component Library) in Delphi 5 & 6. Packages weren't invented until Delphi 3, therefore I don't think you can install a DCL into Delphi 2, only individual components.
