help

how can i create a .hlp file so that i can attach it in my application?? any help on this will be greatly appriciated.

What kind of environment are we talking about? Miscrosoft Visual Studio has a tool which allows you to create a plain .hlp file. That tool is called Help Workshop

A .hlp file is a compiled RTF file.
A compiler can be found where the previous commenters mentioned.

More important for me, is that the help file actually contain information and be helpful, rather than just tell me the obvious. Where the 'Any Key' is -  is not a big deal any more.
