fscommand not working on mac

I have a flash site, which opens a popup window when a certain button is pressed.
works great on a pc but on mac when the button is pressed nothing happens.

Please can anyone help me out here as this site has gone live today.

I worked with a standalone application built in Flash targeted for the Macintosh and found out the hard way that it often simply won't work.  My application used it in a simple manner--used the FS Command to open another swf in the same directory.  Didn't work (and LoadMovie wasn't an option here).
