Create System DSN with rdoRegisterDataSource

Urgent:

Does anyone know how to use rdoRegisterDataSource to create a DSN under the ODBC Manager's SYSTEM DSN tab rather than the USER DSN tab?

I want the datasource to be available to all user of the computer, NOT just the current logged on user.
