how to convert navigation image to word

is it possible to convert a site map i have created to some format that word will accept ..?

Just so that I understand you correctly...

You want to insert the site map from your navigation view to MSWord?

Do you want it graphically?


I've done this in the past by opening the Navigation view and removing my Views Pane..then you can do a screenshot  (Alt+PrintScreen) and paste it into word.  Once you have the screenshot, you can edit it in an image editor to remove all the extra FP toolbars etc.

yeah i could do a screen shot but is there a better way .. even into visio will do ?
