Other than Microsoft's on-line 200 MByte SDK, where can I find documentation explaining the Messaging API (MAPI)?  Can anyone recommend a good book or on-line link to an API reference for MAPI?  In particular, I need to find out how to specify the "Reply To" name and email address and the SPTP server to use with the SendEMail proc.  Can this be specified and if so how.  Also, can the LogOn/SendEMail/Logoff procs be executed Asynchronously?  Finally, is there an alternative to MAPI for sending EMail from a C/C++ Win32 application without user interaction?  Please don't give me a Microsoft link unless it lists the MAPI routines and explains them without huge downloads!  I'm only 56k dialup.
