Help me complete a IIS Security checklist
I want to make sure my web server (Win 2k Server, IIS 5) is configured for:
1. Anyone to type in the url and be taken to my home page.
2. No-one but me to ftp to it. (Me being my username and pass)
3. No-one but me to access it from Front Page or InterDev.

I've tried most of the things listed. I am relatively new to this.. Does Service Pack 1 or 2 give me the Security Configuration tool? I can't seem to find it. My web server is a stock installation.. Should I run SP1 and 2?
