Visual Basic scripting support problem in IE

I have written an application on a Web page in VB script (very simple test application). However it is not working in my browser Internet Explorer 5 (5.00.2314.1003). In IE a dialog box is appearing which says Visual basic Scripting support to be downloaded.
Subsequently I have downloaded (Windows Script version 5.5) from the site as suggested by 'hes'. However, applications in VB Script are still not working in my browser. Do I have to change any setting in my Internet Explorer 5 or Operating System (Windows 95)?
When I am trying to open application in VB script in Internet Explorer, a message  box is still appearing which says "Download VB Scripting Support, Download size 328 KB, Download time <1 min.
When I okayed this message box to download another message box appaering which says " Windows Update CD is missing."
I have got a suggestion to reload IE, however that does not tell what is the present  problem. (I asked this question first time on 5th April,'01.)
                   Thanks.

You need to download and run this executable:

http://www.microsoft.com/devonly/prodinfo/scripting/downloads/v55/other/scr55en.exe

you muist run this after download. You will have WSH 2, VBScript 5.5 and JScript 5.5 support after this installation. You do not need to do anything else to Internet Explorer for scripting support.
