Hi,
Does anyone know how to remove an entry from the add/remove programs but NOT uninstall the actual program?

yes:
with regedit delete the key you want to disappear from:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
