Is there any way a user can make all his outgoing e-mails have a return receipt by default instead of having to do it manually everytime he creates a new memo?

For this you have to change the design of the memo form

Include a field called "ReturnReceipt" and default the value to "1" to always return a receipt for any message sent

Where is this illusive form called "Memo"?  Is it a form that only designers can modify and you have to have the power of GOD to access?
