Display Problem

I have just moved to Win98 running Notes 5 and have a problem with the display. The navigation icons (at the top right of the screen) don't display properly when you have the focus in another application. They change to gray blocks when the focus moves from Notes, and then reappear when the focus comes back.

Is this a known issue in Win98, or is it specific to the video card driver, or what?

Got the same problem: both in Win98 and Win2000.
Sometimes it gets worse: the grey blocks' pop-up texts (e.g. "IE Preview") don't match the icons ("Domino Preview").

OK - Is there anyone this doesn't happen to. That is with Notes 5 and Win98?

It looks like we're all victims of the same bug here, though I haven't had the described problem for a while.
Perhaps is one of the Notes/Domino incremental updated the problem got solved. I'm currently running 5.08 (5.09, 5.09a and probably 5.010 have a tougher problem: incapable of sending mail over SMTP with attachments).

Moondancer, it seems fair to me to return gbentley his question point: no one was really able to help him out!

50 points have been refunded, this item has been closed by moving it to the PAQ at zero points.  Sometimes, unfortunately, the correct answer is "it's a bug or can't be resolved without a bug fix by the author/creator of the interface or application".
