McAfee GroupShield for Lotus Notes

Dear All,
We have some problem with GroupShield for Lotus Notes V4.0.5.
Our Lotus Notes version is 4.0.5.
I have download update file (dat-4144.zip) from internet.
I have added all *.dat  files to Groupshield databese.When I start update it dosen't work.
When I check Logs, I have come accross 2 error messages

1.

Activity:     Unable to start scanning subsystem on BNEMAS03.

Activity:     Task Default Task encountered an error while attempting to start on BNEMAS03.


My second problem is an error message.
I have installed it but I have an error message. Here is the error message

ngsscan.EXE -Application Error
The instruction at "0x77F6496B" referenced memory at "0x00000000" the momory couldn't be "written"


Any idea how can update Groupshild? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not familiar with it, but I searched and located their user manuals which may help you:
