I'm searching for the component shandles which can move and resize components at run time.

another exmaple here of how to make a resizable panel component

simple way to move the particular components just put this in the components mousedown event:

  SC_DragMove = $f012;
  Perform(WM_SysCommand,SC_DragMove, 0);
