A QUESTION ABOUT IPX ROUTER

I am sorry for my pool English.

My gateway is a WIN2000 ADV SERVER. When I set the IPX route, I had a problem. I can not specify the different network number to two network adapter. For example, I specify 103e4852 to eth0, the eth1 auto change to 103e4852.
Could anyone can tell me how to set the IPX route?

Are they Plugged into the same network?  IPX does not allow you to set different IPX addresses in the same network segment.
