Assuming that you have locked the server in order to stop folks from open the console from the system tray, then you will have to delete the Lockpassword entry from the "Special" section of the mdaemon.ini file.

Steps:
* Stop mDaemon from running
* Remove the entry from the mdaemon.ini file
* Start mDaemon
