The Shell32.dll is linked to missing export shlwai.dll:shreggetosvalueA....I close that window and I have another error message: A device attached to the system is not functioning.  All systems are "go" and I have tried to uninstall / reinstall Adobe photoshop to no avail.....advice??

Read the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article.  It talks about a similar problem when you have a Visioneer Paperport scanner.  See if the conditions of the problem apply in your situation, too.  (Wrong version of SHLWAPI.DLL in the Adobe Photoshop folder, in your case.)

Right Answer...and quick too.  I have another question posted that has stumped everyone....I even have a Microsoft Support Person working it for over a week...Give it a shot.
