Adobe Photoshop / Win98

Just Installed Adobe Photoshop which I got with my Fuji Digital Camera.  When I try to open photoshop get following error message:

The Shell32.dll is linked to missing export shlwai.dll:shreggetosvalueA....I close that window and I have another error message: A device attached to the system is not functioning.  All systems are "go" and I have tried to uninstall / reinstall Adobe photoshop to no avail.....advice??

Read the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article.  It talks about a similar problem when you have a Visioneer Paperport scanner.  See if the conditions of the problem apply in your situation, too.  (Wrong version of SHLWAPI.DLL in the Adobe Photoshop folder, in your case.)
