Move ArcServe License no reboot

We want to move ArcServe 6.0 build 518 off a real old server and run it on a newer machine instead.
Need to disable the licensing etc on the old server so once we install it on the new one it'll run there.

As is, if we uninstall off the old server, and install on the new one, ArcServe still detects a license on the old machine.  As if a TSR is running on it.
Can't afford to reboot the old machine and can't seem to pin down what process it is or how to kill it.

Any way of disabling this old server's license thing so we can install on the new machine without having a license msg pop up every 15 minutes?

Cheers
MD

This item is open and part of the escrow value you see.

Would you like a refund so that you may ask this again in case the need still exists, to draw current attention?
