I have a form and the output of the form I need to:

A. Be routed to a specific eMail address
B. Go into a database (Access) or text file that can be stripped.

It appears I can only do one?  is this true or does anyone have any wizbang ways around this?

Thanks

You can do both.  8-)

In your form wizard, use the radio button for Send to file name...Here is where you input your access db name...then choose Options.  You will see that your file name is filled in under File Results, and you can complete the info as usual for Email Results.

Yup.  Just right-click on the form from the Normal view and choose Form Properties.  Then you can do everything as I specified above.

Right...You need to set the second one through the Options.

Then you should see several tabs, two of which are File Results and Email Results.

You can put different values in both these boxes and the form will go to both email and db.

Pink this question has been open for two weeks, without comment from you.

It is impossible for me to be of assistance if you do not return to provide feedback about what is working or not.

Please return or I will report the question as abandoned to CS and request that my answer be accepted as correct.
