I want someone to lend me their msdn universal subscription id for one day so that I can download Visual Studio .Net Beta 2.

I have a very urgent requirement and I cannot afford to pay $2000 for this. So please please please. I will be happy if someone could temporarly let me use their MSDN Online ID for a day or two just to download.

Just create a temporary passport id for me and remove it later.

Please Please Please! It is very urgent for me as I am in a verge of losing a project.

A million thanks in advance.

I can only give you some advice. Sometimes there are microsoft meetings. The last introduction of Microsoft gave the Beta 1 cd's for free...the beta 2 cd's were sent a couple of months after that. It only cost like $200 a person to be at that meeting, and you will be kept up to date about new releases and the like. I have my beta 2 cd's at home, but there are 4 cd's you will need to install it. 1 cd for the components update, 1 cd for the microsoft framework, and 2 cd's for Visual Studio 7 beta 2.

All of them are necessary for the correct configuration of windows 2000. It would take ages before you have downloaded them all...:-/

CJ

Best way is to buy a CD copy, I don't think it is illegal to trade it.

AFAIK, the VS.NET DVD costs $0.00 plus $13.95 shipping costs.....

Surely you can afford *that*?
