Send flash to hotmail

I write some text and include(embed)flash by using cfmail and type= html. Why we using outlook express can view the flash but in hotmail can't? In homtail, i view source and discover that the full statment of below si skipped.

The problem with many web-based e-mail providers such as hotmail and yahoo, is that they only allow regular html code such as tables, fonts, etc. and often strip out non-static code from the e-mails, such as javascript, vbscript, flash, stylesheets, etc.  Unfortunately, there is few ways, if any, around this.  That's why most people just provide a link in the e-mail to another site instead of embedding flash, or other non-static content.
