I was tempted to offer to send it but the legality issue had already crossed my mind so I didn't. I also tried searching MSDN, several articles including those above but no download.

The DCOM functionality for which this is needed is a feature of the enterprise edition

Clireg32 is used on the client to register tlbs.
The split is between client and server.
Use Regsvr32 to register server componants. (eg. exe, dll)
and clireg32 for client componants (eg tlb)

Hope this helps

Its in VB/Clisvr on the VB installation disk. I suppose this may be enterprise only. All my installations are Enterprise so I can't check.

Hope this helps
