IE - How to use Arrow Keys for Navigation in a Form

Hi,

I know I can use the TAB KEY (tabindex=, notab etc )but how much effort is it to also setup navigation between rows with the up and down arrows in an HTML Form with a table / grid design in Internet Explorer.

Appreciate some working examples.
