Matrix type lettering

Does anyone know where I can get the code to simulate the moving lettering affect that is in the matrix?
Where the letters run up and down changing quickly to other letters and numbers, creating a type of computer encryption effect.

these movies are available to anyone, have a look at how they do it, and try and get a feel for how the scripting works.
