Embed the object on an ASP page with a parameter named SessionID and as value <%=session.sessionid%>:

<object width="280" height="180" classid="clsid:6098C4FD-B943-40C7-81B0-427AEE5D92B6">
<param name="SessionID" value="<%=session.sessionid%>">
</object>

When a user request this page the session id will be parsed to the ActiveForm. Make sure the classid matches yours.

Now add a read/write property to your ActiveForm named SessionID type Long. The implementation should look like this:

procedure TMyActiveForm.Set_SessionID(Value: Integer);
begin
  Label1.Caption := IntToStr(Value);
end;

function TMyActiveForm.Get_SessionID: Integer;
begin
 // you can leave this empty but this method must be defined
end;
