Handle the WM_GETMINMAXINFO message.

void CMyDlg::OnGetMinMaxInfo(MINMAXINFO FAR* lpMMI)
      {
          lpMMI->ptMinTrackSize.x = //min width//;
          lpMMI->ptMinTrackSize.y = //min height//;
       }

the Dialog would contain a minimum width and height,
say width of 100 , As the dialog is resizeable I should
be able to increase the size , but if I try to decrease the
width below 100, then it should maintain a size of 100.
Thanks for the efforts,
Sanjay

Actually I wanted the dialog  to be seen, but it shouldn't
be resized below a specified width and height.
Thank you so much for the efforts.
