Looking for graphic editor that can read and save original EXIF info from JPEG which comes from digital camera

The editor should be able to
fix read eyes, rotate pictures and change brightness level.

I usually do. However, I didn't see any EXIF related
options, and as far as I know, if you load a picture and
make some manipulations on it, saving it will generate totally new file, with no relation to the original data.

Vicman doesn't know anything about EXIF. It doesn't show
it, neither it saves it to the changed file. And "Picture it express" is hard to get. Is there anything that I can download from the net? Some trial version that could have such features?
