I'd already check that list but only one of the offer support for PHP and MySQL. And the problem is that want more options...

I guess the best and most reliable bet is you make your own hosting. IF you install those components + Apache/IIS, and there you go... and it won't cos you anything as they're all free component.

Please let me know if you need more info about how to install those in your machine.
