I have a user who cannot open any image files on her Windows 2000 Workstation.  She received a .gif file at first, I even tried to save it as a .bmp or .jpg file but it still doesn't work.  However it does on my machine.  I have logged onto her machine as Administrator and again I have no problems opening the file.

The error message I get is "No file format informaton can be found in the registry"
