dhwizard.exe - what is it?

Has anyone ever heard of dhwizard.exe. I was watching one of my Win2k servers, sp2, having a lot of disk activity when nothing was running and no one online, then a lot of internet activity on the modem. I checked which process was active and it was called dhwizard.exe. As soon as the disk activity and modem activity ended the executable dropped out of the task manager. I can't find anything in Technet, I can't find any occurance of this app on the machine. Just wondering what it is and what the internet activity was. It is a small LAN and no one was online or doing any accessing at the time.

Cheers

I believe that the program in question is part of the NAV 7+ Corporate Edition.   I've seen this take over my NT4 server more often than I like and until the Coroprate edition and my server agree on things this happens.  Sorry, but I don't have the reason why???

I got this back from Symantec:

The activity that you are describing is indeed normal and is NAVCE checking for new definitions.   You can rest assured that things are as they should be and that nothing has gotten on your system that is sending information
out and the like.  Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
