Aside from ....

{On your Notes workspace, where all the mail box icons are, right click just once on your mail box icon.  A menu box pops up and the first item at the top is "database properties".
 Click on this and you will see another pop-up box, at the very top it says "database" and just below
it has 6 tabs across the top; the first one is called "Basics".  Between "Basics" and a little picture
of a printer is an (i) symbol.  If you click on this tab you will see 3 buttons:  "% used", "compact",
and down below, "user activity".  "User activity" is the button you want to click on.}

where else can i view the user activities? Our admin have hidden this function to me since I view more often & I notice that they snoope my notes many times.

The same info is recorded in Notes Log file. Check the Database/Usage view in Notes Log

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
