Check also carefully all the cables running outside your PC : mic and louder cables are often source of noise.<br />
Try to displace them when recording.<br />

In my program when I recording sounds (using DirectSound),<br />
I received &nbsp;sound with lot of noise.<br />
Even if I disconnect the microphone from the sound card<br />
I receive noise.<br />
May I need to mute any channels in the mixer?<br />
Or may I need to minimize the gain of the microphone?<br />
