HP 6P in AIX

Can someone help me how to configure AIX on RS6000 so that when it prints, it grabs the paper from the upper tray instead of lower tray? What file should I edit? Step by step command will be really useful for me since I'm new with AIX.

And btw, how do I install a driver of HP 6P in AIX?

Thank you very much.
