Hello all

I have a user on a win98 laptop with Outlook 2000. His system is connected over a lan with an exchange 5.5 SP3 server (German).
Recently he had some problems forwarding messages with attachments (.doc & .xls) to someone else on the same server. As soon as he hits the forward-button he gets the message-edit-window but the attachments are missing and upon send the remain missing.
The attachments do exist in the original message (read them) and the problem only occurs with some messages (no specific type of message for as far as I can see).
He is using outlook to send RTF formatted messages, not word. Oh, and the special security-patch regarding attachments is not installed.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/ gave no clues sofar.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks,
Eric
