The path "d:\...." is assumed to be a "local" drive.
When opened through a browser (from the server!), the command is execute by the server, where "d:\...." should be available as local drive to!
Is your application available in that path on the server? Or only on your own D-drive?

I could NOT find any info on the command saying that it wouldn't work on the web.... in other words: it should work!
