PROXY SERVER USING MFC

I am tryiing design a Proxy Server Using VC++ to connect multiple clients to the net. I also want to trap the URLs being requested by the Clients. Now which function should i use to get the client connected to the net through my proxy server and what should i do to get the URL in my PROXY SERVER ?
