I have installed OEM 2.1 (Oracle 8.1.6) in Windows2000 but encountering the error message 'Error 997 Overlapped I/O' when I was starting the ServiceOEM21ServerManagement service in the Services from the Control Panel.  What might be causing this problem?  Thanks.

Well, I'm not sure that's Delphi Programming Question :)

Anyway, I had the same problem with OEM 2.1. Upgarading to OEM 2.2 solved the problem. Now I have perfectly working OracleOEM22HOMEManagementServer service (if you mean the Management Server service)

Rgds,
Frodo
