StarOffice email facility

Does anyone know how to configure Sun MicroSystems email facility that comes with StarOffice 5.2 to work with NT 4.0sp6 clients and Ms Exchange 5.5sp4.

I had gotten it to read email but it will not send email as well as Outlook since it is not designed to interact with Exchange in resolving addresses.  I put in the ip address of my email server as the incoming server and it worked well for reading.
