How to write a button like the button in Windows XP?

The button in Windows XP looks like very nice, how
to write one in Delphi? any component could use?

  Look at www.KSdev.com, and you will find very nice looking forms  buttons and menus

Hello

  also you can desing ur button in photoshop and make two images for it, up and down, then add image componet to ur form and load the button in the image, then when the user press the mouse down change the picture to the buttondown, and when the mouse up, turn it back to the buttonup, that what i did for some programs
