Problem with SQL-Enterprise Manager

Each time i open SQL-Enterprise Manager i get an error
"MMC cannot open selected file"
I reloaded SQL to avoid this problem.But could not get through.

that'll be the dreaded Microsoft MisManagement Console - have a look on the MS knowledge base...

Do you have sufficient rights to open MMC and the databases?

You are missing the file:
SQL Server Enterprise Manager.MSC
in the Binn folder.

try to create another manager
start - run and type mmc and hit enter

in the console conlose - add/remove snap in - ad - locate sql server snap in
