add website to iis

I'm running IIS 5.1. On the left box i have

Internet Information Services
|
|-->Computer Name

I want to add a website on iis so i right click on computer name, click on all-task and y only get 2 choice, restart iis, Backup/Restore configuration, How can i had a website. A week ago i added my website but suddently i can't find it anymore.

you are probably logged in under a different user, or you have somehow removed web service administration privileges.

check that you are member of administrator group, and if you can, open the properties of the computer icon, choose www service, click edit, then select 'operators' - make sure that there is a user or group in the list of operators that you are member of.

i found the bug on deja.com, it's on metabase.bin, i get 0x8009000f when i install iis. Thankx anyway meverest.

c:\documents and setting\all users\application data\microsoft\crypto\rsa\machinekeys\
