It's in a table

 <FORM action=/login.asp method=post>
 </form>
 <INPUT type=hidden name=src>
  <TBODY>
  <TR>
    <TD align=center width="222"></TD>
    <TD width="622">
      <TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=329 border=0>
        <TBODY>

<TR>
          <TD vAlign=bottom align=right bgColor=#427ad7 colSpan=2><BR><INPUT
            type=image height=42 alt=login width=76
            src="login_files/button.submit.gif" border=0></TD></TR>
