TDHTMLEdit event problem

How to add Onmousemove event to TDHTMLEdit. It has just Ononmousemove event :

procedure TForm1.DHTMLEdit1onmousemove(Sender: TObject);

But I want that it is like that :

procedure TForm1.DHTMLEdit1MouseMove(Sender: TObject; Shift: TShiftState; X,  Y: Integer);
-----------------------------------------------
unit Unit1;

interface

uses
  Windows, Messages, SysUtils, Classes, Graphics, Controls, Forms, Dialogs;

type
  TForm1 = class(TForm)
    Panel1: TPanel;
    DHTMLEdit1: TDHTMLEdit;
    procedure DHTMLEdit1onmousemove(Sender: TObject);
    procedure Panel1MouseMove(Sender: TObject; Shift: TShiftState; X,
      Y: Integer);
  private
    { Private declarations }
  public
    { Public declarations }
  end;

var
  Form1: TForm1;

implementation

{$R *.DFM}

procedure TForm1.DHTMLEdit1onmousemove(Sender: TObject);
begin

end;

procedure TForm1.Panel1MouseMove(Sender: TObject; Shift: TShiftState; X,
  Y: Integer);
begin

end;

end.

try something like that :

type
 TMyEventProc = procedure(Sender: TObject; SomeString: String) of Object;

 TMyControl = class(TCustomControl)
 private
   FMyEvent: TMyEventProc;
 protected
   procedure MouseMove(Shift: TShiftState; X, Y: Integer); override;
 published
   property MyEvent: TMyEventProc read FMyEvent write FMyEvent;
 end;
