Easy Q!: Floating image

How do I make a vbscript make an image keep it's position when the user scrolls. IE. I want the image to be in the bottom right corner of the user's view not in the bottom right corner of the document. I know this should be easy!
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've got one that I use from www.dynamicdrive.com that is in JavaScript and is cross browser compliant.  If you want it it vbscript I can try rewriting it in vbscript for you.  But Netscape may have problems with it.
