How does C language compare with Perl language in terms of problem solving complexity? Please elaborate and discuss about this comparison (generic comparison and/or technical comparison).
And please suggest links to webpages that give extensive information about this comparison. Thank you very much!
(This is not a homework question. This is a discussion topic, so I need information for my research)

Sounds like homework to me!

We are not allowed to do your homework. That is against EE policy.

Here is an example of how nicely Perl can be obfuscated.

http://www.thinkgeek.com/perl-camel.html

With a little work, C is just as powerful when it comes to code obfuscation, as is demonstrated here:

http://remus.rutgers.edu/~rhoads/Code/hanoi3.c

and you have to love the self reproducing obfuscated Palindromic C code found here:

Obfuscation is a totally useless feature, but it is fun. =)
