You really cannot do this.  Take a look at where CRW is putting your crosstab - it's all in the report header.  There is no way to add sections to a crosstab report that I'm aware of.

So, I can't find ANYWAY to add a page break to a crosstab?!?

Like,
                Day1  Day2  Day3  Day4  Day5  Day6 .....
Department A
  Person A

  Person B

  Person C

-----page break---------

Department B
  Person A

  Person B

  Person C

You can always make your own crosstab query in Access or SQL Server and design your report from that query to make it do whatever you want.

Regardless of where you put the crosstab report, header or footer, you are not provided the opportunity to add page breaks.

You might be able to create a crosstab that limits records only to the department in question as a subreport, basing the main report on the department numbers.  Link the subreport to the main report on the department number and limit the crosstab to the linked department.  Put the sub-report in the details and add a group on the department number.  Force the page break in the group footer section formatting.  Never tried that, but it may work.
